At Zoogistic PR, your pet’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. Before arranging domestic or international pet relocation, it’s important to understand our service policies, payment terms, and potential travel risks. From VIP private rides to regular transport, we handle every step with care—from documentation assistance to in-transit meals and hydration. Please read these terms carefully to ensure a smooth and secure journey for your beloved pets.
VIP and Regular Service
VIP service uses a dedicated vehicle for your pet, ensuring it does not share the ride with other animals. Regular service may involve transporting multiple dogs and/or cats together, following the scheduled pickup and delivery order.
Pickup and Delivery Timing
Pet transport pickup or delivery times cannot be guaranteed. All schedules depend on route conditions and travel logistics. Driver safety and road conditions are prioritized.
Delivery Order
It is not possible to choose the sequence or timing in which pets will be picked up or delivered.
Meals and Hydration
Owners are required to provide food and water for their pets throughout the journey.
Documentation Assistance
We ensure that all required documents for departure and arrival are complete, including export permits, health certificates, and vaccination records.
Responsibility for Delays
Any failure to travel due to passenger visa issues or other personal reasons is the full responsibility of the customer.
Advanced Planning
Travel should ideally be planned several months in advance. Requirements vary by country—some need blood tests with a 3-month waiting period, while others can be arranged in as little as one month.
Travel Risks
Unexpected events may occur during transport, including death or escape (e.g., if a pet breaks out of its kennel).
- No Compensation : There will be no compensation for document processing fees, transportation costs, or the sudden death of a pet during transit.
- Escape or Loss : If a pet escapes due to driver negligence and cannot be located, only the transportation cost (vehicle) will be reimbursed. If the customer agrees, a replacement pet may be offered based on availability, with options selected by Zoogistic PR. If declined, only the transportation cost from Jakarta to the destination (or vice versa) will be covered. Customers must acknowledge and accept this risk.
- Senior Pets : For dogs over 5 years old, private car service is strongly recommended.
All clients must complete the Zoogistic PR database and sign the service agreement before proceeding. By doing so, they acknowledge and accept the associated risks.
Payment Terms
A 50% down payment is required before document processing begins, with full payment due upon the pet’s arrival in Jakarta.

Pets need a valid rabies vaccination, microchip, health certificate, and in some cases a rabies titer test (RNATT). Zoogistic helps prepare all required paperwork.
Depending on the destination country, the process can take 1–6 months due to vaccination schedules and waiting periods (e.g., Japan requires 180 days after RNATT).
Yes, small pets under 7–8 kg including carrier may travel in the cabin as hand carry, depending on airline rules. Larger pets travel as checked baggage or cargo.
Yes, all pets entering Indonesia must undergo 3–14 days of quarantine, depending on health checks and document compliance.
Most airlines and countries require pets to be at least 6 months old, since rabies vaccination and RNATT testing are mandatory.
Airlines use temperature and pressure-controlled cargo holds designed for live animals. Zoogistic ensures your pet has an airline-approved carrier for maximum safety.
